Include your device model, iOS version, game version and what happened. Screenshots can help. Never send your Apple Account password or payment-card details.

Unlocking and restoring

Open Settings → Unlock full game. The first era has no time limit; a one-time purchase opens the Farming Village and later eras.

If you already bought the full game, sign into the same Apple Account used for the purchase and choose Restore purchases on the unlock screen. Use a working internet connection. If the App Store is taking time to respond, let the request finish and check the purchase result instead of repeatedly confirming payments.

After ownership is verified, the unlock entry disappears from Settings. If a purchase remains unresolved, contact us with the status shown in the game. Apple processes payments; refund requests can be made at Apple’s Report a Problem page.

Saved games

Progress is stored locally on your device. Settings → Delete save removes the current village. This cannot be undone in the game. It does not cancel your full-game purchase. Reinstalling the app may remove locally stored progress; purchase access can be restored with the same Apple Account.

Controls and performance

Drag the map to explore and pinch with two fingers to zoom. Tap buildings and residents for details. Scroll lists with one finger. If performance drops, close other demanding apps and let your device cool down.
